癸二酸的制备及废水处理研究进展

摘要

The sebacic acid is an important chemical raw material and very extensive use.Study on this technology described the preparation of sebacic acid from castor oil in recent years cracking processes.Using vacuum distillation, recrystallization, bleaching methods can obtain high-purity sebacic acid.Various methods were used in wastewater treatment, such as extraction, evaporation method, and biological treatment, to achieve clean production, and good economic benefit and social benefit, The effort direction of sebacic acid production was pointed out as well.%癸二酸是一种具有非常广泛用途的重要化工原料。本文介绍了近些年来蓖麻油裂解制备癸二酸的工艺研究情况，采用减压精馏、重结晶、脱色等方法得到了高纯度的癸二酸，采用萃取法、蒸发法、生物处理法、多种方法并用等有效地处理废水，做到了清洁生产，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益，并指出了癸二酸生产努力的方向。
