煤炭深加工与利用专业人才培养模式研究与探索

摘要

Talents training of deep processing and using of coal is needed to adapt to the development of economics, science and technology.According to characters of coal industry and the need for the creative ability profession talented person for the new century, considered the practical situation in Inner Mongolia Vocational College of Chemical Engineering, the reform of talent training was proposed to improve the courses system, strengthen management of practice teaching, and train cultivate more pragmatic advanced technical talents whom were required by society.%煤炭深加工与利用专业人才的培养是能适应现代科学技术发展和社会经济日益变化需求。本文针对煤炭行业特点，以及新形势下煤炭行业人才培养的需求，结合内蒙古化工职业学院自身实际情况，改革人才培养模式，加强课程体系的建设，加强实践教学环节，从而培养煤炭深加工与利用专业技术型人才。
