高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中3种雌激素

摘要

A HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of three estrogens, namely estriol, ethinylestradiol and estradiol valerate, in cosmetics on a Welchrom-C18 ( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 υm ) column using methanol anter water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min, with column temperature 30 ℃ and detection wavelength 281 nm. Recoveries of the three estrogens were ranged from 92. 5% ~97. 0% with RSD of 0. 26% ~0. 84%.%采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中3种雌激素(雌三醇、炔雌醇、戊酸雌二醇)。结果表明,在 Welchrom-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5υm)色谱柱上,以甲醇和水作为流动相,检测波长281 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,可以较好的分离和测定化妆品中3种雌激素。该方法检测出的3种雌激素的相对标准偏差为0.26%~0.84%,回收率为92%~97%。
