以烯丙基磺酸钠和马来酸酐为原料,采用催化剂超强酸SO2-4/ZnO为催化剂,熔融合成新型磺酸基聚合物( MA/SAS)以磷酸钙阻垢性能为评价指标,通过单因素和正交试验,探讨其合成工艺条件,并采用FT-IR对产物进行官能团表征。结果表明,最佳合成工艺为; nMA:nSAS:nH2O2:ncαtαlyst:nNαOH=1:0.33:1.8:0.005:0.3、环氧化反应温度80℃、环氧化反应时间2 h、聚合反应温度120℃及聚合反应时间2 h。在此条件下,产物的磷酸钙平均阻垢率为95.21%。经FT-IR谱图证实:聚合物MA/SAS具有环氧基的结构特征和羧基、磺酸基团。%The novel sulfonic acid polymer MA/SAS was synthesized with maleicanhydrideand sodiumallysulfonate by melting copolymerization in the presence of catalysts SO2-4 /ZnO. Inhibition performance of new obtained poly ( MA/SAS) for Ca3( PO4 ) 2 scale was evaluated by static scale inhibition method. The technology parameters were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. The polymer MA/SAS was characterized by FT-IR. The results showed that the optimum synthetic condition were as follows: nMA:nSAS:nH2O2:ncatalyst:nNaOH=1:0. 33:1. 8:0. 005:0. 3, epoxidation reaction temperature with 80 ℃, epoxidation reaction time with 2 h, polymerization time with 2 h and polymerization temperature with 120 ℃. The product with functional groups, such as sulfonic acid groups, carboxylic groups, epoxy group,and so on, can be obtained,and its scale inhibition rate was up to 95. 21%.
