高要区涉氨企业安全生产管理现状及对策分析

摘要

中小型涉氨企业目前普遍存在设备设计安装不规范、应急电路不防爆、消防器材不完善的安全生产问题及企业安全生产制度不完善、从业人员安全教育培训缺失、主要负责人安全意识薄弱的管理现状；通过改进企业基础管理，完善生产现场设备、提高负责人的责任意识和管理人员专业素质、理顺监管体制和落实监管措施等办法，减少涉氨企业安全事故的发生。%Currently problems such as the lack of standardizations of equipment design and installation, without anti-explosion in emergency electric circuits and the shortage of fire equipment prevail among the small and medium size ammonia manufacturing companies. Besides, the imperfection of workplace safety regulations, the insufficiency of safety training for workers and supervisors’ lack of safety awareness are also common existence within these companies. By means of modifying the based management, workplace equipment was integrated to improve supervisors’ awareness of responsibilities and administrative staffs’ professional experience, summarize and executing strictly the supervision system, the ammonia manufacturing companies should be able to reduce the accidents.
