水性环氧水泥砂浆添加剂的开发

             

摘要

合成适合用于水泥砂浆的水性环氧乳液WE44和水性环氧固化剂,并通过一系列的试验,考查了不同灰砂比和聚灰比情况下,改性水泥砂浆的抗压、抗折、及与混凝土的正拉粘结强度。试验对比结果表明:该体系更适合改性水泥砂浆,性能明显优于市售的水性环氧乳液+低分子聚酰胺体系。随着聚灰比的增大,改性水泥砂浆的抗压、抗折强度以及与混凝土的正拉粘结强度都有不同程度提高,特别是抗压强度与粘结强度的提升比较明显,当聚灰比为0.8时,7天的抗压强度约为48 MPa,粘结强度约为4 MPa。该材料适合用于有较高要求的修复或新建场合。%The waterborne epoxy resin emulsion WE44 and waterborne epoxy hardener which were suitable for cement mortar was synthesized, and the compression and fracture resistance of cement mortar were examined, as well as the cohesive pulling strength of concrete in different cement-sand and polymer-cement ratios through a series of experiments. The experimental results showed that this system was more suitable for modified cement mortar, and its properties were much better than the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion and low molecule polyamide system on the market. With the increase of polymer-cement ratio, the compression and fracture resistance of cement mortar, and the cohesive pulling strength of concrete had some improvements, and the improvements of compression resistance and cohesive strength were very remarkable. The 7 days compression resistance was about 48 MPa, and cohesive strength was about 4 MPa when the polymer-cement ratio was 0. 8. The materials were suitable for the high quality maintenances or new construction used.
