催化剂是聚烯烃技术进步的关键和核心,对于减少单耗、稳定产品质量和提高装置运行水平起着重要作用。催化剂活性降低原因包括:原料杂质含量超标;催化剂进料罐温度超过50℃; T3/THF比例、 DC/THF比例高; T2进料量低,造成T2饥饿。主要控制措施为:严格控制原料指标;严格控制催化剂进料罐温度在35~45℃,不可高于50℃;严格控制T3/THF比例为0.3, DC/THF比例为0.4,确保流量计的准确性;严格控制T2进料量,避免T2饥饿现象发生。%Catalyst is the key and the core to progress of polyolefin technology, which plays an important role in reducing consumption, stabling production and improving the level of device operation. Catalyst activity became worse as follows:raw material codes was over from impurity content, temperature was 50℃ over from the catalyst feed tank as well as higher proportions from the T3/THF, DC/THF, the low T2 feed rate resulted in T2 hungry. The measures to overcome the above were as follows:raw material index should be strictly controlled, the catalyst feeding tank temperature should be strictly controlled between 35 to 45 ℃, not above 50 ℃, the T3/THF ratio should be strictly controlled at 0. 3 , with the DC/THF ratio of 0. 4, the accuracy of the flow meter should be ensured, the feed rate of T2 should be strictly controlled to avoid T2 hungry.
