A method for the content determination of andrographolide in andrographolide microspheres was established.Using UV spectrophotometry , weighing the appropriate amount of andrographolide , dissolved in 95%ethanol solution diluted in 200~500 nm wavelength scanning , respectively , the maximum absorption wavelength was detected as 225 nm.Results showed that the calculated standard curve was y =29.122 x-0.2382 , R2=0.9992 , with a good linear relationship in 5.0~22.5 μg/mL.The method showed that reproducibility , recovery and stability met the requirement of experiment , and there was no interference from accessories .%建立了穿心莲内酯微球中穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法,精密称量穿心莲内酯适量,用95%乙醇溶液溶解稀释,在200~500 nm波长扫描,测得最大吸收波长为225 nm。标准曲线为y=29.122 x-0.2382, R2=0.9992,表明在5.0~22.5μg/mL线性关系良好。该方法重现性、回收率和稳定性均符合实验要求,辅料对检测无干扰。
