N－酰基氨基酸表面活性剂的制备及应用进展

摘要

N-acylamino acids surfactants was a new type of mild surfactant with high surface activities and good biocompatibility , and its market prospect was wide .The preparations of N-acylamino acids surfactants were summarized , there were mainly direct method and the indirect method , and the two kinds of methods were analyzed and summarized . The application of N-acylamino acids surfactants in daily chemical field , biomedicine field , food field and industry field was introduced , and the further development and application of N-acylamino acids surfactants were proposed .%N－酰基氨基酸表面活性剂是一类具有高表面活性，良好的生物相容性的新型温和表面活性剂，具有非常广阔的市场前景。本文综述了N－酰基氨基酸表面活性剂的制备方法，主要可以分为直接法和间接法，并对两类方法进行了分析和总结。介绍了N－酰基氨基酸表面活性剂在日化领域、生物医药领域、食品领域和工业领域的应用，并展望了氨基酸表面活性剂的进一步开发和应用的方向。
