柴油发动机排气纳米颗粒物质量浓度检测∗

         

摘要

柴油发动机排气中含有大量的纳米级颗粒物。本研究开发了利用聚四氟乙烯烧结管来过滤纳米颗粒物以检测柴油发动机排气纳米颗粒物排放量的方法。聚四氟乙烯烧结管的过滤效率用扫描电迁移率粒径谱仪来评价。在颗粒物动力学直径范围(30~400 nm)内,聚四氟乙烯烧结管的过滤效率高达99%。柴油发动机排气中纳米颗粒物的质量浓度在5.40 mg/m3以上。%Diesel engine exhaust contains a large amount of nano-particles. A method for measuring nano-particles in the diesel engine exhaust by filtration using a sintered filter made of polytetrafluoroethylene was reported. The filtration efficiency was evaluated with a scanning particle size analyzer. The filtration efficiency of the sintered filter was as high as 99% in an aerodynamic diameter range between 30 ~400 nm. The mass concentrations of nano-particles in the diesel engine exhaust were higher than 5. 40 mg/m3.
