SCR脱硝改造在125 MW燃煤机组的应用

     

摘要

The scheme and the modification of SCR denitration process of 2í125 MW unit in one power plant of Sanxi were introduced. Aimed to combine practical experience, the design features of 125 MW denitration and optimization were described, including the layout optimization of SCR reactor, the design of the SCR reactor body and the design of catalyst. Through the analysis of the problems, the process would be further improved and the operation can be more reliable. It provided engineering practice reference for the denitration process of middle-sized and small coal-fire boilers SCR.%介绍了陕西某热电厂2×125 MW机组SCR脱硝工艺的方案及改造。本文结合实际经验,介绍125 MW脱硝工程的设计方法及特点,采用高温高尘方式布置,包括SCR反应器的优化布置、反应器SCR本体的设计、催化剂的设计、氨区设计等。对遇到的问题进行分析和提出相应的对策,优化了各工艺参数,使工艺得到进一步完善,为系统正常调试、运行提供可靠保证,同时为中小燃煤锅炉SCR脱硝工艺的工程应用实践提供参考。
