一种氮系聚酯改性丙烯酸功能涂料的研制

     

摘要

A kind of polyester modified acrylic functional coating with good adhesion to various metal substrates was prepared, used self made nitrogenated polyester modified acrylic resin as the main film-forming material and the amino resin as cross-linking agent. Moreover, the factors which had influenced the coatings were analyzed, such as amino resin type and ratio, dispersing agent, leveling agent, rheological agent, and organic solvent. The results showed that when choosing amino resin 582 as the crosslinking agent and the ratio of acrylic resin and amino resin was 31 , the performances of the coatings was excellent. When the usage of a kind of BYK dispersant was 0. 5% ~1%, and two kinds of leveling agents were cooperated to use, using 0. 5% ~1. 5%polyamide wax as rheological agent, diluent contain the winter and summer formulation, the comprehensive performances of coatings was the best.%以自制氮系聚酯改性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,氨基树脂为交联剂,制备出一种对各种金属基材附着良好的聚酯改性丙烯酸功能涂料。对影响涂料性能的一些因素,如氨基树脂种类和配比,以及各种助剂如分散剂、流平剂、流变助剂、有机溶剂等进行了研究。结果表明,选择582氨基树脂作为交联剂,当丙烯酸树脂与氨基树脂二者配比在31左右时,漆膜的性能优异。选用0.5%~1% BYK的一种分散剂,当两种流平剂配合使用,选用0.5%~1.5%的一种聚酰胺蜡作为流变助剂,稀释剂采用冬夏两种配方时,涂料综合性能最佳。
