可渗透反应墙处理垃圾渗滤液污染地下水的模拟研究

         

摘要

为研究可渗透反应墙处理垃圾渗滤液污染地下水的影响因素,筛选最优实验条件,本文选择零价铁粉、活性碳作为反应介质,考虑活性炭含量、零价铁含量、铁粉粒径、反应时间、污染物初始浓度5个因素,设计三水平正交实验。方差分析的结果表明:活性炭含量对地下水中CODCr的去除率有极显著影响,活性炭和铁粉的交互以及铁粉粒径对地下水中CODCr的去除有显著影响,铁粉含量、反应时间、污染物初始浓度对实验结果均无显著影响,最优反应条件为活性炭含量40%,铁粉含量20%,铁粉粒径120目;验证实验表明该方案的CODCr去除率达80.3%,高于其他方案。%In order to research the influence factors of treatment on groundwater polluted by landfill leachate by PRB and select the best experiment conditions, a three levels orthogonal experimrnt was designed with the reaction mediums of zero-valent iron and activated carbon considering five factors of activated carbon content, zero-valent iron content, zero-valent iron particle size, reaction time and pollutant initial concentration. Through the analysis of variance, it concluded that activated carbon content had highly significant influence on the removal rate of CODCr. The interaction of activated carbon and zero-valent iron and zero-valent iron particle size both had significant influence on the removal rate of CODCr . Zero-valent iron content, reaction time and pollutant initial concentration had unsignificant influence on the removal rate of CODCr. The best reaction conditions concluded activated carbon content of 40%, zero-valent iron content of 20% and zero-valent iron particle size of 120. The removal rate of CODCr of the experiment program could reach to 80. 3%, which was higher than others. The blocking of reaction mediums must be solved in future.
