燃煤烟气汞脱除的研究现状与展望

         

摘要

The mercury of coal-fired flue gas is one of the largest proportion emission source of mercury pollution in china at present, the hazard of mercury pollution, the transformation and migration of mercury in coal and the current situation of coal-fired mercury emission were introduced in this investigation. Additional, the technology of mercury control at home and abroad, including mercury removal from raw coal, mercury removal during combustion and flue gas demercuration, were reviewed in detail, especially the flue gas demercuration technology. Furthermore, the flue gas purification equipment and their relatively demercuration technologies, carbon-based and non-carbon-based materials used for adsorb the mercury were analyzed, including the principles of physicochemical and the feature of the mercury removal technology. Finally, the technical problem and their prospects were also discussed.%基于燃煤汞排放是我国目前严重要的汞污染排放源之一,本文介绍了汞污染的危害、当前燃煤汞污染排放形势、煤中汞的转化迁移。从原煤脱汞、燃烧中脱汞和烟气脱汞三方面综述了国内外燃煤汞排放控制技术的研究现状,详细介绍了燃烧后烟气脱汞的技术现状。分类介绍了已有烟气净化设备的协同脱汞技术、炭基材料吸附剂脱汞技术、非炭基材料的脱汞技术各自的物理化学原理、技术特点以及研究成果,探讨了各技术存在的问题及其发展远景。
