主要对HY-ZX混凝土增效剂在商品混凝土中的应用性能进行试验研究与工程应用。结果表明,使用增效剂后,混凝土增效剂能很明显改善混凝土粘聚性和可泵送性,能与水泥有良好的适应性。该节能增效剂对配合比为C30, C50的混凝土,掺入质量为胶凝材料的0.6%~0.8%的增效剂后,能保持混凝土的综合工作性能,坍落度和拓展度都有增长并且相对各配合比的基准样强度提高7~9 MPa,可降低水泥用量12%~15%,明显降低了生产成本。%The test research and engineering application of HY-ZX concrete synergist in commodity concrete application performance were studied. Results showed that, after using the synergistic agent, concrete synergist can obviously improve the concrete bonded together and pumping, and cement had good adaptability. The energy-efficient synergist can keep concrete comprehensive performance in mix C30 , C50 concrete with the incorporation of synergistic agent with 0. 6% ~0. 8% cementitious materials, slump and expansion were improved growth and the strength improved 7~9 MPa than other reference samples, the dosage of cement reduced 12% ~15%, the production cost was significantly reduced.
