高强免烘烤焦宝石－莫来石质喷涂料的研制及应用

摘要

以焦宝石、莫来石、 CA－75纯铝酸钙水泥、 SiO2微粉、膨胀剂、增塑剂、促凝剂、防渗剂等配制高强免烘烤焦宝石－莫来石质喷涂料，结果表明：不但机械强度高、抗冲刷、导热率低、而且施工时无须架设模板、无须烘烤，直接使用，广泛应用于大型水泥窑窑头罩、篦冷机，焦炉炉门、炭化室、炉墙等高温设备的局部抢修或新衬体构筑。%Bauxite, mullite, CA-75 pure calcium aluminate cement, SiO2 powder, expansive agent, plasticizer, coagulant, anti-seepage agent were used to prepare high strength bake free scorched stones-mullite coating.The results showed that it not only had high mechanical strength, anti erosion, low thermal conductivity, but also can construe without erection template, without baking, can be direct used.It is widely used in the local high temperature equipment repair or new lining structure, such as kiln head large cement kiln hood, grate cooler, the door of coke oven carbonization chamber, furnace wall.
