基于实验设计方法的粘度指数改进剂生产工艺优化

摘要

研究分析了不同参数的选择对粘度指数改进剂质量的影响。采用多因素的正交试验分析了各因素对生产过程中低温表观粘度指数的影响，利用极差分析方法分析试验结果，指出基础油低温表观粘度、基础胶的配比、基础胶的加入量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对低温表观粘度指数影响的主次顺序，并确定最优的生产条件。对优化结果进行验证，为工业生产提供指导作用。%The influence of different parameters on the quality of viscosity index improver was analyzed. Using multi factor orthogonal test analysis of the various factors of production process in the low-temperature apparent viscosity index, the test results were analyzed by using range analysis method, the primary and secondary influence order of each factor was pointed out, and the optimal production conditions were determined. The optimization results were verified to provide guidance for industrial production.
