甲醇常压精馏塔的模拟与分析

     

摘要

应用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对甲醇精馏流程中的常压塔进行模拟计算。先以甲醇为轻组分,水为重组分,由DSTWU模块对常压塔进行简捷模拟计算,得出塔板数、回流比、进料位置等操作参数。再利用RadFrac模块进行严格计算,并对其回流比和进料位置等操作参数进行优化,进而得到优化参数。优化后产品的质量与产量均有提高,能耗下降。%The normal pressure column in the methanol distillation process was simulated and calculated by using chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus. The DSTWU module was used to simulate calculate the normal pressure column by taking methanol as the light component and water as the heavy component, and the results such as the stage number, reflux ratio, feed stage and other operating parameters were got. The RadFrac module was used to the strict calculation, the operation parameters were optimized and the optimized parameters were obtained. After optimization, the quality and output of the products were improved, and the energy consumption was decreased.
