N-butene skeletal isomerization is one of the most important technologies for the comprehensive utilization of C4 resources.With the increasing demand of down-stream products of iso-butene,the n-butane skeletal isomerization draws more and more attention all over the world.Research progresses about synthesis of ferrierites,SAPO-11,ZSM-22,ZSM-23 and ZSM-5,as well as their application in n-butene skeletal isomerization reaction,were summarized.Suggestions of future development were also prospected.In future,the improvements of n-butene isomerization should lie in prolonging the lifespan,decreasing the yield of liquid products and strengthening the stability.%正丁烯骨架异构制异丁烯是碳四资源综合利用过程中的重要工艺技术.伴随异丁烯下游产品的需求不断增大,正丁烯骨架异构化技术越来越受到重视.本文总结了用于正丁烯骨架异构制异丁烯反应的镁碱沸石、SAPO-11、ZSM-22、ZSM-23和ZSM-5分子筛的特征和优缺点、对其合成及改性的最新研究进展进行了综述.并对正丁烯骨架异构制异丁烯用镁碱沸石分子筛进行了展望,今后镁碱沸石类分子筛的改进方向应为长单程寿命、低液相收率、稳定运行为主.
