在线油色谱装置监测变压器运行状况分析

摘要

以交流220 kV白马垅#2主变为例,采用在线色谱监测装置与绝缘油气相色谱法分析了绝缘油中溶解气体含量,探讨了在线色谱监测装置用于判断变压器运行状况的可行性.结果显示,利用在线色谱装置监测时,对H2含量检测稳定性较高,且相对误差值小,对C2H2含量检查误差较大,最大达到了67.4%.然而,根据在线监测变压器油中溶解气体变化趋势来判断变压器运行状况,具有较大的实用价值.%The #2 main transformer of AC 220 kV Baimalong substation was used as an example to discuss the feasibility of online gas chromatography for monitoring transformer running status.The online gas chromatography and traditional gas chromatography were applied to analyze the containing of dissolved gas in oil.Results showed that using online gas chromatography had relatively high stability for H2 content detection, and the relative error was small.Whereas, detection for C2H2 content appeared larger error, and the maximum was 67.4%.However, it was of great practical value to judge the operation status of transformer with the results of online gas chromatography according to the change trend of dissolved gas in the oil.
