桦褐孔菌水提物营养成分及单糖组成分析

     

摘要

以桦褐孔菌子实体为材料,将桦褐孔菌粉末经醇沉后过滤,对滤渣进行沸水浸提得水提物,分析水提物中营养成分组成(多糖、还原糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水分、总酚等),可知多糖、总酚、蛋白质及灰分的含量均较高,分别为14.88%、14.35%、13.00%、23.99%,因此推测其良好的活性与它们的存在有关.随后对其采用酸水解、还原、乙酰化等处理后,进行GC-MS分析,发现其单糖组成为:鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖.%The fruiting bodies were used as experimental materials, after inoculation, the filtrate was extracted by boiling water, and the water extract was obtained, analysis result of water extract of nutrients composition showed that polysaccharides, total phenol, protein and ash content were higher.The contents of polysaccharides, total phenolics, protein and ash were 14.88%, 14.35%, 13.00% and 23.99%, respectively, suggesting that their good activity was related to their existence.Subjected to GC-MS analysis by acid hydrolysis, reduction and acetylation, it was found that the monosaccharide composition was rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose and galactose.
