雷公藤活性及药剂学研究进展

摘要

Tripterygium wilfordii, as a traditional Chinese medicine, has the functions of dispelling dampness, promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, insecticidal detoxification, which is commonly used in clinical treatment of rheumatoid immune system disease, kidney disease and skin disease.Tripterygium wilfordii is one of the hot spots of natural medicine research at home and abroad at present.Its chemical composition is complex, 95% of which are terpenoids, and most of them are the main active components.The research progress of Tripterygium wilfordii in chemical composition, pharmacological effects and pharmaceutical aspects in recent years was reviewed, and provided a useful reference for the further study of Tripterygium wilfordii was provided.%雷公藤作为一种传统中药,具有祛风湿、活血通络、消肿止痛、杀虫解毒之功效,临床上常用于治疗风湿免疫系统疾病、肾脏疾病和皮肤疾病等,是目前国内外研究的热点天然药物之一.雷公藤所含化学成分复杂,其中95%为萜类化合物且多为主要活性成分.本文就近年来雷公藤在化学成分、药理作用和药剂学方面的研究进展做一综述,为雷公藤的进一步研究提供有益借鉴.
