硫酸生产工艺对比分析

摘要

硫酸(H2SO4)是重要的化工原料之一,也是化学工业中的重要产品.硫酸的生产工艺主要有四种,分别是硫铁矿制硫酸、硫磺制硫酸、冶炼气制硫酸、石膏制硫酸.本文分别对四种工艺的发展情况进行综述,重点对各工艺的操作流程、优缺点进行了对比分析,得出硫磺制酸是应用最广泛的工艺,冶炼气制酸是最具发展潜力的工艺,为我国硫酸的生产工艺的开发提供了参考.%Sulfuric acid(H2SO4)is one of the important chemical raw materials,it is an important product in chemical industry.There are four main types of sulphuric acid production methods,such as sulfuric acid pyrite,sulphuric acid,gypsum acid and smelting gas making acid.The development of the four processes was introduced,focusing on process operation of each process,the comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages.Drawing sulphuric acid was the most widely used process,smelting gas as the most development potential of the process,providing a reference for the development of sulphuric acid production technology in China.
