柔性钇稳定氧化锆纳米纤维的制备

         

摘要

通过溶胶凝胶方法结合静电纺丝技术制备了柔性的钇稳定的氧化锆纳米结构纤维.硝酸铁的加入对钇稳定氧化锆纤维的组成颗粒尺寸和纤维致密化程度有明显的影响.可明显提高无机纳米纤维的机械强度,得到的氧化锆陶瓷纤维具有良好的柔韧性.纤维的真密度从3.58 g/m3提高到5.57 g/m3.而相应纤维膜的拉伸强度从0.75 MPa提高到3.03 MPa.这种真密度的提高与纳米纤维膜的拉伸强度的增强呈正相关.%The flexible yttrium-stabilized zirconia nanostructured fibers were prepared via electrospinning combined sol-gel process. Iron nitrate was introduced, it played an important role in the control of particle growth and densification of fiber. The mechanical strength of inorganic nanofibers was obviously improved, and the obtained yttrium-stabilized zirconia ceramic fibers had good flexibility. The true density of the fibers was increased from 3. 58 g/m3 to 5. 57 g/m3 after the iron nitrate was doped. Similarly, the corresponding tensile strength of the fibrous membrane increased from 0. 75 MPa to 3. 03 MPa. The increased density was positively correlated with the tensile strength of the nanofibrous membrane.
