HPLC法测定肤康凝胶中丹皮酚的含量

摘要

本实验采用高效液相色谱法精密准确测定出肤康凝胶中丹皮酚的含量.实验以月旭 Welch ultimate XB-C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm)柱为色谱柱,以甲醇:水:冰醋酸(65:35:0.1)为流动相;选择流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为274 nm对丹皮酚进行含量测定.通过实验结果,表明丹皮酚的含量与峰面积在一定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.9%, RSD值为0.949%(n=6).此方法操作简单,节约省时,目的性强,专属性强,结果显示测量结果准确无误.%HPLC was used to accurately determine the content of paeonol in Fukang Gel. The experiment was performed on a Welch ultimate XB-C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) column,methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(65:35:0.1) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 274 nm. Through the experimental result,paeonol respectively showed the good linear relationship between their content and respective peak area. The average recoveries was 98.9% and RSD was 0.949% (n=6). This method was simple,saving time,strong in purpose,special and strong. The results showed that the measurement of the determination of paeonol in Fukang Gel was accuracy.
