MTBE产品铜片腐蚀原因分析及优化控制措施

         

摘要

对山东京博石油化工有限公司二套催化裂化装置配套的MTBE装置MTBE产品铜片腐蚀长时间不合格的原因进行了分析和研究,联合科研机构院校,工艺厂家,设计院,进行实验,并对数据进行整理分析,明确了铜片腐蚀不合格的原因为来自气分装置脱硫醇单元原料携带H2S和脱硫醇效果不佳剩余的硫醇引起的,排除了水溶性酸碱、催化剂种类,催化剂酸性中心脱落,反应过程产生等造成铜片腐蚀的影响因素[1],并对MTBE生产过程的关键控制指标进行约束,制定预防措施,生产合格的MTBE产品.%The reasons for the long unqualified corrosion of the copper sheet of MTBE product in MTBE unit of the two sets of catalytic cracking units of Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. were analyzed and studied. The experiment combined a number of research institutions. It was found that the failure of copper corrosion was caused by the residual mercaptan of H2S and sweetening from the sweetening unit of the gas separation unit,the factors affecting copper corrosion,such as water soluble acid and base,catalyst type,acid center drop and reaction process,were eliminated,the key control indicators of MTBE production process were restricted, preventive measures were formulated, and qualified MTBE products can be produced.
