X射线荧光光谱法测定底吹炉炉渣中组分含量

     

摘要

采用压片法制样,建立了X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定熔炼渣组分含量的方法.通过实验确定分析条件为:磨样时间2 min,过200目(75um)筛;试样量为3 g以上;压样机压力35 t,保压时间40 s,慢泄压12 s.由于硅元素受粒度影响较大,压片法存在误差,用熔片法进行实时监督,保证了样品测定的准确性.测定曲线无需校准即可满足铜冶炼厂炉前检测要求.%The method of determination of component content of smelting slag by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) was established. Sample analysis conditions were determined through the experiment as follows:the grinding time was 2 min with 200 mesh sieve(75 μm),sample quantity was more than 3 g with 35 t pressure of prototype,the holding time was 40 s with slow pressure of 12 s. Due to the silicon were greatly influenced by particle size,tabletting method and error by using the melting method for real-time monitoring, to ensure the accuracy of sample determination. Copper smelting furnace curve met the need for calibration before testing requirements.
