河南省淇河盘石头水库施工控制网优化设计

摘要

The theory, method, strategy and four factors of the control net optimum design are discussed from theory aspect. Using the Panshitou reservoir construction control net design as an example, from its topography, geology condition, big dam and building layout, the design principle, basic precision target and using data of the construction control net are discussed, and the control net is optimized. Such a design has been tested by surveying with the control net.%从理论角度阐述控制网优化设计的理论、方法、策略及四要素，以盘石头水库施工控制网设计为例，从盘石头水库的地形、地质条件、大坝及其建筑物的布置出发，论述施工控制网的设计原则、基本精度指标和使用数据。从选择控制网的参考系、控制网的图形、控制网的观测方案及对已确定的控制网进一步加强和完善方面，进行了控制网的优化。通过控制网的观测，对控制网的设计进行了验证。
