右江水力发电厂2#机组A修机组轴线分析调整

摘要

介绍了右江水力发电厂2#水轮发电机组盘车轴线调整情况，分析机组轴线、盘车数据及各部导轴承存在的推力轴承镜板倾斜、上端轴轴线偏移、机组导轴承瓦间隙及轴承瓦温度过高等问题，并介绍了这些问题的处理方法和调整后的情况。%An introduction was made on the axis adjustment by turning the unit during A-grade maintenance of No.2 turbine generator unit of Youjiang Hydropower Plant,based on which the authors analyzed the unit axis and turning data as well as the problems of bearings such as inclined thrust ring,axis shift at upper position,improper guide bearing shell gap and excessive temperature rise.An introduction was also made on the solutions and adjust⁃ment results.
