白内障超声乳化手术前视觉电生理检查意义的探讨

摘要

目的：探讨白内障超声乳化手术前行闪光视网膜电流图(FERG)和闪光视诱发电位(FVEP)检查对术后视力预测的可靠性。方法：记录62只眼白内障患者的FERG和FVEP，术后1个月检查最佳视力及眼底情况。结果：视觉电生理检查的符合率达91.3％。结论：白内障术前检查FERG及FVEP可以预测术后视功能恢复的程度。%Objective: To study the significance of flash electroretinogram (F-ERG) and flash visual evoked potential (F-VEP) before cataract phacoemulsification. Methods:FERG and FVEP of 62 patient with cataract were recorded,and their best acuity and eye fundus were examed a month after operation. Results:The corresponding rate of electrophysiologic exam before and after operation were 91.3%. Conclusion:The postoprative visual acuity of patients with cataract can be prospected by using F-ERG and F-VEP before operation.
