甜茶护齿含片对变形链球菌黏附与产酸影响的研究

             

摘要

目的 研究甜茶护齿含片对口腔致龋变形链球菌的黏附与产酸的影响,探讨甜茶护齿含片的护齿机制.方法 采用二倍稀释法将甜茶护齿含片研磨成粉末,并配制5个浓度组,检测不同浓度甜茶护齿含片对变形链球菌黏附抑制效果,及其对致龋菌、变形链球菌产酸能力的影响,并设1%蔗糖TTY液体培养基作为对照.厌氧培养48 h后用分光光度计测OD值及采用pH酸度计测其pH值.结果 不同浓度甜茶护齿含片混悬液对变形链球菌黏附能力OD值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着深度升高OD值逐渐减小.不同浓度甜茶护齿含片混悬液对变形链球菌产酸均有一定的抑制作用.结论 甜茶护齿含片具有影响变形链球菌的生长代谢能力,可作为一种健齿护齿的保健品.%Objective To investigate the effects of Rubrus Suarissimus S. Lee dental care buccal tablets ( RSL )on adhesion and acidogenicity of Streptococcus mutans and explore its anticariogenic activities. Methods The RSL was lapped into powder and diluted into five groups of different concentration by two-fold dilution, its inhibitory effects on adhesion and acidogenicity of Streptococcus mutans were detected. 1% sucrose tryptone-tryptose-yeast( TTY )medium was used as control. After Streptococcus mutans incubated under aerobic fementation circumstances for 48 hours,the optical density were detected by spectrophotometer and △pH with pH meter. Results Different concentrations of Rubrus Suarissimus S. Lee dental care buccal tablets had different effects on the optical density of adhesive capacity. The optical density increased significantly with the concentrations of Rubrus Suarissimus S. Lee dental care buccal tablets. The RSL could inhibit the adherence of Streptococcus mutans significantly and induce the acidogenicity of Streptococcus mutans.Conclusion The RSL could influence the metabolism of Streptococcus mutans and could be further researched as a dental care product.
