胰腺内分泌肿瘤与实性假乳头状瘤的多层螺旋CT表现对比分析

摘要

Objective To compare the multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) features of pancreatic endocrine tumors(PETs) and solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP).Methods A comparative analysis of MSCT features of 18 PETs patients and 11 SPTP patients was performed.Results Thirteen cases of functional PETs owned a shorter long diameter compared with SPTP(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the long diameter between non-functional PETs and SPTP(P>0.05).The degree of enhancement and enhancement pattern showed significant differences between PETs and SPTP(P<0.05).PETs presented a lower proportion of island sign compared with SPTP(P<0.05).Conclusion PETs and SPTP are of important significance in the differential diagnosis of tumor formation in complete capsule,degree of enhancement and enhancement pattern of the solid part,enhancement characteristics and morphology, and calcification position.%目的 对比胰腺内分泌肿瘤( PETs)与胰腺实性假乳头状瘤( SPTP)的多层螺旋 CT ( MSCT)表现分析.方法 对比分析 18 例 PETs 患者与 11 例 SPTP 患者的 MSCT 特征. 结果 13 例功能性 PETs 的长径明显短于 SPTP ( P<0.05);无功能PETs与SPTP长径比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);PETs与SPTP的强化程度及强化模式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PETs岛征比例明显低于SPTP(P<0.05). 结论 PETs与SPTP在肿瘤是否形成完整包膜、实性部分的强化程度及强化模式、强化特征形态、钙化位置等方面具有重鉴别意义.
