植物光合速率模拟测试可行性的实验研究

摘要

Photosynthetic rate of 78 kinds of plants in the natural state was tested,and a comparative test was performed in the artificial environment including temperature,humidity and sunlight through LI-6400 portable photosynthetic rate tester.The results of analysis on the testing data in two different states showed that there was high degree of fitting between simulation test and practical test,so simulation test could substitute for practical one,and by convenient simulation test the database of plant photosynthetic rate would be established easily.%测试自然状况下78种植物的光合速率,然后在LI-6400型便携式光合测定仪的模拟温度、湿度和光强条件下进行了对比测试。2种条件下测试结果的分析表明,模拟测试数据与实际测试数据拟合度高,可以用模拟测试替代实际测试,使用简便的模拟测试可以快速地建立植物光合速率数据库。
