以麻竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorus)半木质化枝条为材料,研究不同浓度萘乙酸(N A A)对扦插生根的影响,并采用石蜡切片法对麻竹扦插不定根的发生进行形态解剖学研究,结果表明:麻竹扦插后20~40 d及55~60 d愈伤组织形成活跃,60 d以后生根率开始下降且穗条易腐烂,40~60 d为根系伸长生长高峰期,30~50 d及55~70 d为根系数量生长的2个高峰期;不定根起源于维管形成层的薄壁细胞;NAA处理可显著提高插穗生根率,缩短愈伤组织形成的时间,不同浓度处理扦插愈伤率、根数、根系指数及根系效果指数差异极显著,生根率、腐烂率及根长差异显著,质量浓度80 mg/L的萘乙酸处理插穗效果最好.%The semi-hardwood stems of Dendrocalamus latiflorus were collected and treated with different concentrations of NAA, and morphological and anatomical features of adventitious roots were observed with paraffin method. Results showed that callus was active from 20 to 40 day and from 55 to 60 day after cuttage, and the rooting rate began to decline and the spike was perishable after 60 day. The peak of root elongation was from 40 to 60 day. From 30 to 50 day and from 55 to 70 day were two peaks for root number increasing. Paren-chyma cells in the vascular cambium were the origin of adventitious root. NAA treatment could significantly im-prove the rooting rate,and cut down the time of callus formation. The differences of cutting rate,root num-ber,root index and root effect index of different concentration treatments were extremely significant,and the differences of rooting rate,rot rate and root length were significant. The best effect of cutting was the treatment with NAA of 80 mg/L.
