广西恭城瑶族习惯法中的老人会制度研究

摘要

Minority nationalities in Guangxi sustain their own social orders through customary law in the practice of living.The customary law in some townships and villages in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County systemizes the elderly club, a folk social organization for funeral and burial issues with native and ethnic features.The elderly club plays important roles in terms of carrying forward the spirit of respect for the elderly, supporting the weak and who are in difficulties.This system has a positive meaning to the con-struction of social organization and traditional cultural inheritance in our country .This paper conducts a ten-tative analysis to the elderly club system in the Gongcheng and explores its favorable contents in order to provide experience for the construction of the rule of law in the light of social organization in our country.%广西的少数民族群众在生活实践中通过本民族的习惯法维系本民族的社会秩序，恭城瑶族自治县的一些乡镇、村寨瑶族习惯法将民间丧葬组织老人会予以制度化，使老人会成为具有本土特色和民族特征的民间组织。恭城瑶族村寨中的老人会组织在弘扬敬老精神、扶持困弱等方面发挥着重要作用，这一制度对于我国的社会组织建设和传统文化的传承具有积极意义，本文试对恭城瑶族的老人会制度展开分析，探求其中的有益内容，以期为我国社会组织的法治建设提供经验。
