乡村草根妇女组织实践的常人方法学分析--以云南省的3个少数民族个案为例

摘要

目前，我国数量巨大而参与人数难以估计的城乡草根组织处于管理与研究的空白地带。本文运用常人方法学的实践局部性、索引性、权宜性和反身性概念，分析云南省的白族莲池会、景颇族妇女禁毒联防队和藏族姐妹会的组织结构、背景愿望、运作策略和社会空间，以期推动对少数民族地区的乡村妇女组织进行相关探讨。%At present, both administration and academic research never throw light on the rapidly growing, huge and countless grass-root organizations in civic and rural areas.With the key concepts of practical locality, indexity, contingency and reflexivity in ethnomethodology, the present paper will focus on the construction, background, strategy and social space of three organizations, i.e.the Bai’ s Lianchihui, the Jinpo’ s Anti-Drug Team and the Zang’ s Sister Group in Yunnan in order to improve the academic sit-uation of rural women organization in minority region.
