温阳益心汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆 Angll、ALD 的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the effect in serum Angll and ALD of chronic heart failure patients treated by Wenyang yixin decoction . Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , while 50 cases in each group .Based on the conventional treatment , the observation groupwere treated with Wenyang yixin decoction combined with Syndrome differentiation and treatment , while the control group were given SMI 30ml plus 5%glucose injection 200ml intravenous infusion . All patients before and after treatment were detected in serum Angll and ALD levels .Results After treatment, the plasma Angll and ALD levels in two groups were decreased , which decreased more significantly in the observation group , compared with before treatment ( P<0.05).There were significant differences in Angll and ALD between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The observation Shows that Wenyangyixin decoction can curb excessive activation of RASS system , delay ventricular remodeling , improve heart function , and treat chronic heart failure .%目的：观察温阳益心汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血管紧张素Ⅱ（Angll）、醛固酮（ALD）的影响。方法将100例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。在西医治疗的基础上，观察组采用温阳益心汤配合辨证施治加减用药，对照组采用参麦注射液30ml加5％葡萄糖注射液200ml静脉滴注。所有患者均检测治疗前后血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮的含量。结果治疗后两组血浆中“Angll”、“ALD”含量均呈下降趋势，观察组下降更明显，与治疗前比较，有显著性差异（ P＜0.05），观察组明显降低。与对照组相比，有显著性差异（ P＜0.05）。结论表明温阳益心汤治疗抑制过度激活的RASS系统，延缓心室重构，改善心功能，从而达到治疗目的。
