老年性痴呆病因病机浅析

摘要

In this paper,the study of literature and modern physician recognize that Alzheimer’ s disease pathogenesis is that weak internal organs function,biood imbalance of yin and yang,the balance between the destruction of the coordination between the organs,affecting brain, blind orifices diease in the brain,root in various dirty.%目的：探析老年性痴呆的病因病机。方法研读古代文献及现代医家的认识。结果笔者认为老年性痴呆的病机在于五脏功能衰弱，气血阴阳失衡，脏腑间的协调平衡关系破坏，影响及脑，蒙蔽清窍，病位在脑，根在诸脏。结论心神不主，肾精不足，脾失运化，肝血亏虚，肺气虚衰，五脏功能减退，气血阴阳平衡失调，影响及脑，蒙蔽清窍，发为痴呆为其基本病机，临床从五脏论治老年性痴呆取得了很好的疗效。
