Senile osteoporosis is a common disease.With aging population, the incidence rate increased year by year.Zhuanggu Fang has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis.In this article, the author introduced the further development in therapy of primary osteoporosis by Zhuanggu Fang.%老年骨质疏松症是临床常见病。随着人口逐渐老龄化，发病率逐年升高。壮骨方在预防治疗原发性骨质疏松症有独到的优势。本文进一步壮骨方在治疗原发性骨质疏松症研究领域的进展。
