肿瘤专科医院中草药使用动态分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the interaction strength, the usage and the combination medication frequency of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of tumors.Traditional Chinese medicine will play a greater role in anti tumor.Methods We collected the prescription of Chinese herbal medicine from June 2013 to December in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with drug habit of senior experts, to analyze the application of Chinese herbal medicine in the prevention and treatment of tumors and its combination.Results The tonic traditional Chinese medicinal herbs in the prescription had the highest frequency.The four drug combination was used at the top of the list in Department of traditional Chinese Medicine.Conclusion In the application of anti-tumor, the tonic traditional Chinese medicinal herbs have highest frequency, support healthy energy and improve physical function, which combine with anticancer and removing stasis medicine to show the characteristic of both temporary and permanent solutions.%目的：分析中草药在防治肿瘤过程中作用强度、使用情况及其联合用药的频率，更好发挥中医药抗肿瘤作用。方法收集我院2013年6月—12月的中草药处方，以中医科为主，结合名老专家的用药习惯，对中草药在防治肿瘤方面的应用及其联合用药进行动态分析。结果补益类中草药在处方中出现的频次最高，四大联合用药在中医科的使用频率位居榜首。结论中草药在抗肿瘤方面的应用，以补益类为主，兼扶正固本，恢复机体免疫力；联合抗癌类、散瘀消结类突出中医药标本兼治的特色。
