目的：探讨中医针灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2014年5月—2015年5月收治的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者124例作为临床研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组62例。对照组患者采用西药进行治疗，观察组患者采用中医针灸疗法。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，比较结果具有显著差异性（ P＜0．05）。结论中医针灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效良好，值得推广使用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods 124 cases of chronic ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 62 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine , and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group , the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the results were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis has better clinical effect , and it is worth to be popularized.
