李兴云名老中医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎147例

摘要

Objective To summarize the experience of prestigious TCM specialist Li Xinyun in treating knee osteoarthritis ( KOA ) . Methods KOA was treated by giving oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng decoction , Bixie Guixi decoction , Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction , Wuhu Dihuang decoction and so on prescriptions .The clinical results were observed .Results A total of 93 patients have gained an excellent effect , accounting for 63.3%, 38 cases were effective , accounting for 25.8%, 9 cases were ineffective , accounting for 6.1%, and 7 cases weren’t followed-up, accounting for 4.8%.Conclusion Senior specialist Li has obtained a good therapeutic effect in treating KOA via oral administration of Chinese medicine .%目的：总结李兴云名老中医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎经验。方法通过口服独活寄生汤、萆薢归膝汤、桂枝芍药知母汤、五虎地黄汤等方剂治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，观察临床效果。结果显效93例，占63．3％；有效38例，占25．8％；无效9例，占6．1％；失访7例，占4．8％。结论李老通过口服中药疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有良好的疗效。
