Device for the continuous removal of with solution of a bioreactor (2) by means of separation of particles into a hydrocyclone (3), wherein the bioreactor (2) via a feed duct (4) with the interposition of a first pump (5) with an inlet (6) of the hydrocyclone (3) and via a return line (7) with an underflow (8) of the hydrocyclone (3) is connected, whereby the low-particle solution via an overflow (11) of the hydrocyclone (3) can be removed at,characterized by the,that between the underflow (8), and feed (6, 16) of the hydrocyclone (3) a circulation line (9, 18) with a (10) second pump is arranged,that a control unit (15) is provided, via which the pumps (5, 10) are controllable,that the dilution rate of the bioreactor (2) via the first pump (5) is adjustable, andthat the in the hydrocyclone (3) required pressure difference across the second pump (10) can be adjusted.
