目的：观察平眩胶囊治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效及安全性，探索原发性高血压中医的证治规律。方法将200例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组，其中试验组100例，对照组100例，试验组给予平眩胶囊，对照组给予贝那普利加安慰剂治疗。2个月为一个研究疗程，一个疗程后观察治疗前后血压及中医证候疗效情况。结果两组患者前后血压、降压疗效、中医症候疗效比较，试验组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论平眩胶囊治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病安全有效。%Objective To observe clinical effect and safety of Pingxuan capsule in treating primary hypertension with hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency , and to explore TCM treatment principle .Methods 200 cases of patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into experiment group (n=100) and control group (n=100).The control group was treated with benazepril and placebo .The treatment group was treated with Pingxuan capsule .Two months was one course of treatment .After one course of treatment , blood pressure and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine integral were observed .Results The blood pressure , antihypertensive effect and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of the experiment group were better than those of the control group , the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion Pingxuan capsule in treating primary hypertension with hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency is effective and safe .
