温肺纳气法治疗正虚邪恋型小儿肺炎喘嗽病的临床研究

摘要

目的：客观评价温肺纳气法治疗正虚邪恋型小儿肺炎喘嗽病的临床疗效。方法以正虚邪恋型小儿肺炎喘嗽病为研究对象，收集60例临床病例，随机分为两组，每组30例，两组患者无显著性差异。对照组细菌感染者或者细菌病毒合并感染者，予静滴美洛西林舒巴坦。治疗组在此基础上予口服自拟中药温肺纳气方，一日1剂，水煎，分2次服，疗程7天。治疗7天后，观察治疗前后两组患者的主症积分、临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组患者的主症积分显著降低，治疗组患者愈显率显著高于对照组。结论温肺纳气法治疗正虚邪恋型小儿肺炎喘嗽病的临床疗效好，值得推广。%Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of warming lung and controlling respiring qi therapy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia asthma cough disease of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi.Methods Patients with infantile pneumonia asthma cough disease of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi were selected as the study objects.60 clinical cases were collected, and they were randomly assigned to two groups, with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients had no significant difference.The control group of bacterial infection or viral or bacterial infection patients was treated by intravenous drip of mezlocillin and Sulbactam.The treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine warming lung and controlling respiring qi based on the control group, one dose daily, decoction, taking two times. The course of treatment was 7 days.After treatment of 7D, the main symptom score and clinical curative effect were observed.Results The main symptom score of the treatment group and control group were significantly reduced, and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The warming lung and controlling respiring qi in the treatment of infantile pneumonia asthma cough disease of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi has good clinical curative effect, and is worthy of promotion.
