基于精英人才培养模式思考方剂学研究生教育

摘要

方剂学科培养研究生的目标是高、精、尖，目前的方剂教学模式正在经受着多种新型教学模式的冲击。因此，我们急需创立一种新的教育模式，而精英型教育计划恰恰满足了新时代教育的需求。精英医生培养模式的重点恰恰是一种新的人才培养模式，这种新的人才培养模式注重基础理论、经典课程思维的培养、科研方式的熏陶、临床实践技能的提高、双导师制、授予双学位、注重医学文化教育等。这种注重核心素养的精英人才培养模式具有中国特色，希望这种模式培养的方剂学研究生具有典型的时代特点、国际特征。%The training target on graduate student of the prescription subject is high , fine and top.The current teaching mode is experiencing the impact of a variety of new teaching mode .So it is necessary for us to create a new education mode .Distinguished doctor education plan precisely meet the needs of new times education .The focus of the excellent doctor training mode is a kind of new personnel training mode .
