Objective To investigate the clinical effect of knee arthroscopic debridement combined with rehabilitation training in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods 136 cases of patients with KOA who had no effect after being treated with conservative treatment were collected . They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method , and there were 78 cases in each group .The control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement alone .The experimental group was treated with arthroscopic debridement combined with rehabilitation training .The knee joint function score before treatment and at 6 months and 12 months after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups .The recurrence of the two groups was compared between the two groups within 12 months.Results At 6 months and 12 months after treatment, the knee joint function score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05) .The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The arthroscopic debridement combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients with KOA and the clinical effect , reduce the recurrence rate , and it is worthy of clinical application .%目的：探讨膝关节镜清理术配合康复训练治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法收集经保守治疗无效的KOA患者136例。根据随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组，每组78例。对照组单纯采用关节镜清理术治疗，实验组采用关节镜清理术联合康复训练治疗。比较两组患者在治疗前、治疗后6个月、12个月的膝关节功能评分情况及临床疗效。对比两组12个月内复发情况。结果治疗后6个月、12个月，实验组的膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。优良率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。复发率明显低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论关节镜清理术配合康复训练治疗KOA能有效的改善患者的膝关节功能，提高临床疗效，降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。
