中药减轻脑膜炎西药治疗不良作用的临床观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine in alleviating the side effects of the treatment for meningitis .Methods The control group was given routine clinical antibiotic treatment .The study group used Chinese medicine to slow down the drug side effects on the basis of conventional treatment .The adverse reactions were recorded in the treatment process , and laboratory results were compared .Results The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 15.56%, the adverse reaction rate of the control group as high as 53.33%(P <0.05), and the liver and kidney function test results of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference (P >0.05).After treatment with corresponding method , the change of the liver and renal function in the control group were significantly more than before treatment ( P <0.05).Conclusion The conventional antifungal drug combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of meningitis can obtain more ideal drug safety , and is conducive to safeguard patient's prognosis and quality of life .%目的：探讨脑膜炎治疗中应用中药减轻相关不良作用的效果。方法对照组给予临床常规抗菌治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上加用中药减缓西医药物不良作用，记录两组脑膜炎患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况并对比实验室检查结果。结果研究组不良反应发生率仅为15．56％，对照组不良反应发生率高达53．33％（ P＜0．05）；两组治疗前肝肾功能检查结果并无显著差异（P＞0．05），经相应方法治疗后对照组治疗后肝肾功能较研究组及治疗前变化较为明显（P＜0．05）。结论对脑膜炎患者给予常规抗真菌药物联合中药治疗可获得更为理想的用药安全性，有利于保障患者预后及生活质量。
