中西医结合护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者负面情绪的影响

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of integrated medicine nursing intervention on negative emotion of patients with malignant tumor. Methods 108 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 54 cases. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group used integrated medicine nursing. Before and after treatment, changes of negative emotions of the two groups were compared. Results The Hamilton anxiety scale and 17 Hamilton Depression Scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions The combination of Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on the negative emotions of patients with malignant tumor has a good effect, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨中西医结合护理对恶性肿瘤患者负面情绪的影响。方法将108例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组及观察组各54例，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组采用中西医结合护理方法，对比两组患者治疗前后负面情绪变化情况。结果观察组治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表、17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论中西医结合护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者负面情绪具有良好缓解效果，值得临床推广。
