中药内服配合耳穴贴压治疗更年期综合征临床疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨中药内服配合耳穴贴压治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响.方法 选择我院2014年8月-2016年1月收治的更年期综合征患者98例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组49例,对照组服用六味地黄丸治疗,观察组采用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤加耳穴贴压治疗,对两组患者临床效果及生存质量进行观察.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.84%,与对照组的73.47%相比,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者SF-36各维度评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后均有改善,且观察组评分均较对照组高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤配合耳穴贴压治疗更年期综合征效果满意,可有效提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine combined with auricular point plaster in the treatment of climacteric syndrome and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods 98 cases of patients with climacteric syndrome treated in our hospital from August 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills.Patients in the observation group were treated with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction and auricular point plaster.The clinical effect and quality of life of the patients were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,and comparing with 73.47% of the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of SF-36 of the two groups (P>0.05),but after treatment,the scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction combined with auricular plaster in treating climacteric syndrome has satisfactory effect,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.This treatment is worthy of promotion.
